Record payment jump to the Property / Rental / Financials to enter a payment

Create a task create a task for a staff member for this tenant

Chase overdue rent Allows you to select one or more transaction and send an email or print a letter chasing payment

Add contact note add a note to the Tenants record

Add property note add a note to the property

Report repair add a repair to the property

Reload repairs reload repairs associated to that property
