The Dashboard

The Dashboard is the starting point for the working day. Use it to decide what needs attention rather than treating it only as a menu.

Start-of-day routine

  1. Review today's appointments.
  2. Review due/overdue tasks.
  3. Check notifications.
  4. Check recently edited records where you are continuing work from yesterday.
  5. Use the navigation/quick search to move into the next job.

Appointments

Today's appointments should be used to prepare for valuations, viewings and other diary work. Open the linked property/contact before the appointment where useful.

Tasks

Prioritise overdue tasks, then today's tasks. See Task List.

Notifications

Notifications alert you to system/customer activity. Read and act on them rather than allowing the list to become background noise.

Quick Search

Use quick search before creating contacts/properties. Searching first is the simplest way to prevent duplicate records.

Page Help

Where available, Page Help opens documentation relevant to the screen you are using.

Colleagues and profile

Use the toolbar for colleague information and your own profile/settings. See Profile Configuration.

What the Dashboard does not replace

The Dashboard highlights work, but the actual outcome still belongs in the correct Contact, Property, Diary, Task, Repair or Progression workflow.
