OnTheMarket Inbound Enquiries

OnTheMarket Inbound Enquiries

OnTheMarket enquiries can be imported directly into the Communications Centre. Shared RTDF provider credentials are managed centrally by ISSL; each customer/branch normally only configures its OnTheMarket Branch ID and telephone-lead preference.

Branch setup

Open Administration → Feeds/Portals → Inbound portal enquiries and create/edit the OnTheMarket connection for the correct Standout branch.

Enter the OnTheMarket Branch ID supplied for that office.

Telephone lead mode

Choose one of:

Mode Behaviour
Off Standout does not request OnTheMarket telephone leads.
Missed calls only Default. Imports Unanswered, Abandoned and Missed calls; ignores routine Answered, Engaged and Withheld calls.
All calls Imports all supported telephone lead statuses.

Missed calls only is normally the best balance: it turns the Communications Centre into a safety net for lost calls without creating noise for every routine answered telephone call.

Authentication

OnTheMarket uses the shared Standout Network ID and client certificate. The current working Standout transport uses the P12/PFX certificate directly with TLS 1.2 and HTTP/1.1.

A P12/PFX already bundles the private key. Do not add a separate PEM private key for a P12/PFX connection.

The certificate password is the OnTheMarket secret/password supplied for that certificate.

Diagnostics

ISSL users can use Tools → OnTheMarket API to test the connection. The diagnostic can check:

  • certificate format/readability and key details;
  • property API access;
  • email/web lead endpoint;
  • telephone lead endpoint;
  • Network/Branch ID context;
  • HTTP status and safe response detail.

A successful property API test with a failed lead endpoint can indicate lead-specific authorisation. A 401 across all endpoints points back toward the credentials/branch authorisation rather than the Communications Centre itself.

Lead handling

OnTheMarket email/web leads and enabled telephone leads are normalised into the same enquiry queue as other sources. The original payload is retained, property/contact matching is attempted and duplicate source IDs are suppressed.
