Recent Changes - September 2026

This page summarises the major Standout Property Manager improvements released during late August and early September 2026.

Communications Centre

The Communications Centre has become the central place for portal, website and Customer Portal conversations.

Major improvements include:

  • Rightmove, OnTheMarket, Zoopla and Homeflow inbound integrations;
  • agency website enquiry API;
  • internal rich-text customer email instead of opening the computer's configured mail client;
  • sent emails recorded against the enquiry and, for linked CRM contacts, the normal contact Communications history;
  • direct Customer Portal replies and a unified conversation timeline;
  • contact-match confidence/reasons and alternative contact suggestions;
  • manual link/unlink/correct contact and property matches;
  • create contact/add CRM roles from an enquiry;
  • book viewing/valuation directly from an enquiry;
  • create applicant requirements prefilled from the enquired property;
  • likely-duplicate scoring and non-destructive communication merging;
  • OnTheMarket telephone lead modes (Off, Missed calls only, All calls);
  • Communications Centre usage/adoption reporting under Tools.

See Communications Centre and Inbound Enquiries.

Sales Progression 2.0

Agreed sales now have a property-level Sales Progression overview with red/amber/green health, next action and due date, automatic next-action suggestions from the existing progression markers, target exchange/completion dates, assigned progressor, blocker tracking and last-chased date.

The existing chain has also been enhanced so each chain position can hold its progression stage, last contacted date, next action/due date, blocker and target exchange/completion dates. The Property Progression management screen shows totals for blocked sales, overdue actions and actions due in the next seven days.

Where Customer Portal visibility is enabled, seller/buyer portal users can see the health, next action and target dates. Internal blocker text is not exposed.

See Sales Progression.

Customer Portal

The former My Move customer area is now consistently presented as the Customer Portal. Portal messaging has been brought into the Communications Centre so staff can see related enquiries and reply in context rather than treating portal messages as a separate silo.

See Customer Portal.

Reports Centre

Reports have been reorganised into a new Reports Centre with favourites, recent/popular reports, category/search navigation, consistent report controls, sortable/sticky tables, improved CSV/PDF/print actions, useful KPI/chart/previous-period insights and recurring scheduled report delivery.

Scheduled reports can be daily/weekly/monthly and can use rolling periods such as previous month or last 7 days. Delivery status/history and Run now/Pause/Delete controls are available from Reports.

See Reports Centre.

Portal diagnostics

Tools now provides more useful diagnostics for OnTheMarket and Zoopla. OnTheMarket testing can distinguish property API authentication from lead endpoint authorisation. Zoopla testing separates the Leads OAuth flow from the generic OAuth comparison and can test applicant/appraisal lead access using a real Zoopla internal Branch ID.

Version information

The current Standout version number is again shown in the top bar. Clicking it opens Standout's existing version/release-history screen. The Session ID remains available in the header for support diagnostics.

Administration and performance

The Feeds/Portals area has been reorganised to keep shared provider credentials separate from customer branch settings. Communications Centre queries/indexes have also been tuned so message volume does not unnecessarily slow the inbox.

Documentation

The Standout property XML API documentation has been revised to use the public AgencyGUID consistently on converted endpoints, while internal legacy chain identifiers remain internal to the API implementation.
