Property Marketing Readiness
From Standout Property Manager Wiki Help
Property Marketing Readiness
The Marketing readiness panel sits near the top of a property record and gives a quick indication of whether the record contains the basic information normally required before marketing.
What it checks
The standard readiness checks currently include:
- photographs;
- a brief or full description;
- marketing price/rent;
- map location.
The panel is intentionally lightweight. It is not intended to replace portal-specific validation or the deeper AI Data Quality report.
Stage-aware wording
A property can legitimately be incomplete at an early stage such as Pre Valuation. The readiness panel therefore describes missing marketing items as things still needed rather than treating every missing field as a system error.
Quick actions
Missing items link to the relevant property section, for example Media, Descriptions or Advertising, so the user can correct the record quickly.
Property header
The current property header also shows:
- address, status and property reference;
- vendor/landlord/tenant quick links where applicable;
- taken-on/listed/price-change dates and viewing/offer activity;
- matching state;
- website search/detail activity where tracked;
- up to four equally sized leading photographs, with the main/first image shown first.
The photographs are hidden at narrower screen widths rather than forcing the page wider.
AI Data Quality
Select AI Data Quality to run the deeper property review. Standard factual checks can run without paid AI. See AI Data Quality.
