Rental Property

A rental property uses the common Standout property record with rental-specific tenancy, compliance and management workflows.

Main workflow

  1. Create/link the landlord and property.
  2. Complete valuation/instruction information.
  3. Complete property details, descriptions, media and rental information.
  4. Use Property Marketing Readiness and, where useful, AI Data Quality.
  5. Make the property available and distribute it through configured Feeds and Portals.
  6. Process enquiries/viewings/offers.
  7. When a tenant is agreed, continue with Creating and Starting a Tenancy.

Rental-aware data quality

Residential Rental checks can include furnishing and other letting information where relevant. They do not report sales-only fields as missing.

Commercial Rental records are reviewed as commercial property and are not penalised for residential-only items such as bedrooms or council tax.
