Tenant List

Tenant List
Use the Tenant List as an operational view of current tenancies rather than only as a directory. It brings together the tenant, property, agreement, balance and repair information needed for day-to-day management.
A useful daily/weekly use
Use the list to identify:
- tenants with overdue balances;
- agreements that need attention;
- properties with active repairs;
- customers who need a follow-up task or note.
Actions from the tenant
Available actions can include:
- Record payment - open the tenancy/property financials.
- Create a task - create a follow-up linked to the tenant.
- Chase overdue rent - select overdue transactions and prepare a chase.
- Add contact note - record a customer-specific note.
- Add property note - record a property-specific note.
- Report repair - create a maintenance issue.
- Reload repairs - refresh repair information for the property.
Choosing where to record a note
Use a contact note when it is about the person, for example a conversation about payment arrangements. Use a property note when it concerns the property, access or management information.
If the note creates a future action, also create a task.
Overdue rent
