Use the Tenant List as an operational view of current tenancies rather than only as a directory. It brings together the tenant, property, agreement, balance and repair information needed for day-to-day management.


Tenancy list allows you to see all the tenants, properties, agreements and balances. Along with outstanding repairs and the Landlord.

Use a contact note when it is about the person, for example a conversation about payment arrangements. Use a property note when it concerns the property, access or management information.


Reload repairs             reload repairs associated to that property
If the note creates a future action, also create a task.

Tenant List

Use the list to identify:

  • tenants with overdue balances;
  • agreements that need attention;
  • properties with active repairs;
  • customers who need a follow-up task or note.

Actions from the tenant

Available actions can include:

  • Record payment - open the tenancy/property financials.
  • Create a task - create a follow-up linked to the tenant.
  • Chase overdue rent - select overdue transactions and prepare a chase.
  • Add contact note - record a customer-specific note.
  • Add property note - record a property-specific note.
  • Report repair - create a maintenance issue.
  • Reload repairs - refresh repair information for the property.
