* agency website enquiry API;
* internal rich-text customer email instead of opening the computer's configured mail client;
* sent emails recorded against the enquiry and, for linked CRM contacts, the normal contact Communications history;
* direct Customer Portal replies and a unified conversation timeline;
* contact-match confidence/reasons and alternative contact suggestions;
* manual link/unlink/correct contact and property matches;
* create contact/add CRM roles from an enquiry;
* book viewing/valuation directly from an enquiry;
* create applicant requirements prefilled from the enquired property;
* likely-duplicate scoring and non-destructive communication merging;
* OnTheMarket telephone lead modes (Off, Missed calls only, All calls);
* Communications Centre usage/adoption reporting under Tools.

Current capabilities include:

Agreed sales now have a property-level Sales Progression overview with red/amber/green health, next action and due date, automatic next-action suggestions from the existing progression markers, target exchange/completion dates, assigned progressor, blocker tracking and last-chased date.
* brief and full description checks;
* bullet-point/key-feature checks;
* image and floorplan checks;
* address, price, room, EPC, tenure/furnishing and other property facts where relevant;
* separate rules for Residential Sale, Residential Rental, Commercial Sale and Commercial Rental;
* consistency checks between structured data and marketing copy;
* Floors & Rooms included in the effective description sent for review;
* safe '''Auto Fix''' suggestions for copy fields without silently changing factual property data;
* live progress stages while a longer AI review is running.

The existing chain has also been enhanced so each chain position can hold its progression stage, last contacted date, next action/due date, blocker and target exchange/completion dates. The Property Progression management screen shows totals for blocked sales, overdue actions and actions due in the next seven days.
Agencies without ISSL AI billing can use a '''30-day AI Data Quality trial''' starting from first use. The factual checks continue to work after the trial. To continue AI review after the trial, enable '''ISSL Billing''' in '''Administration → AI Tools'''.

Where Customer Portal visibility is enabled, seller/buyer portal users can see the health, next action and target dates. Internal blocker text is not exposed.

Portal diagnostics have also continued to improve, particularly for Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Zoopla. Support-only preview/force-send actions are restricted appropriately.

The former My Move customer area is now consistently presented as the '''Customer Portal'''. Portal messaging has been brought into the Communications Centre so staff can see related enquiries and reply in context rather than treating portal messages as a separate silo.

The [[Communications Centre]] is the central inbox for portal, website and Customer Portal conversations. Recent improvements include contact/property matching actions, CRM role creation, internal rich email compose, Customer Portal replies in the conversation timeline, usage/adoption reporting and performance tuning.

Reports have been reorganised into a new Reports Centre with favourites, recent/popular reports, category/search navigation, consistent report controls, sortable/sticky tables, improved CSV/PDF/print actions, useful KPI/chart/previous-period insights and recurring scheduled report delivery.
OnTheMarket telephone lead handling can be configured as Off, Missed calls only or All calls.

Scheduled reports can be daily/weekly/monthly and can use rolling periods such as previous month or last 7 days. Delivery status/history and Run now/Pause/Delete controls are available from Reports.

Tools now provides more useful diagnostics for OnTheMarket and Zoopla. OnTheMarket testing can distinguish property API authentication from lead endpoint authorisation. Zoopla testing separates the Leads OAuth flow from the generic OAuth comparison and can test applicant/appraisal lead access using a real Zoopla internal Branch ID.
Agreed sales have a property-level progression overview with red/amber/green health, next action/due date, automatic next-action suggestions from existing progression markers, blockers, assigned progressor, last-chased date and target exchange/completion dates.

The current Standout version number is again shown in the top bar. Clicking it opens Standout's existing version/release-history screen. The Session ID remains available in the header for support diagnostics.
Reports are organised in the Reports Centre with favourites, recent/popular reports, searching, improved tables, CSV/PDF/print actions and recurring report delivery. Property/report identifiers are GUID-safe and enquiry class is derived correctly from the underlying commercial/business flags.

The Feeds/Portals area has been reorganised to keep shared provider credentials separate from customer branch settings. Communications Centre queries/indexes have also been tuned so message volume does not unnecessarily slow the inbox.
Secure support access replaces reliance on a trusted-IP shortcut for normal support work. Tools/support functions are restricted when staff are impersonating a customer agency. Cloud proxy handling has also been updated so the application can use the original client address for auditing and security controls.

The top bar shows the Standout version and full Session ID to make support diagnostics easier.

The Standout property XML API documentation has been revised to use the public <code>AgencyGUID</code> consistently on converted endpoints, while internal legacy chain identifiers remain internal to the API implementation.

Recent Changes - September 2026

This page summarises the major Standout Property Manager improvements now present in the September 2026 build.

Property screen and marketing readiness

The top of the property record has been redesigned into a compact working header. It brings together the property address, current status, reference, linked vendor/landlord/tenant information, key activity figures and the first property photographs without increasing the normal header height.

The property navigation has been tightened so the main sections remain easy to reach on both sales and rental records.

A Marketing readiness panel checks the main prerequisites for marketing, including photographs, description, price and map location. The wording is stage-aware so a pre-valuation record is not treated as if it were already a live listing.

See Property Marketing Readiness.

AI Data Quality

A new AI Data Quality report is available from Marketing readiness. It performs deterministic factual checks first and, where AI is available, a deeper review of the property copy, structured data and photographs.

Current capabilities include:

  • brief and full description checks;
  • bullet-point/key-feature checks;
  • image and floorplan checks;
  • address, price, room, EPC, tenure/furnishing and other property facts where relevant;
  • separate rules for Residential Sale, Residential Rental, Commercial Sale and Commercial Rental;
  • consistency checks between structured data and marketing copy;
  • Floors & Rooms included in the effective description sent for review;
  • safe Auto Fix suggestions for copy fields without silently changing factual property data;
  • live progress stages while a longer AI review is running.

Agencies without ISSL AI billing can use a 30-day AI Data Quality trial starting from first use. The factual checks continue to work after the trial. To continue AI review after the trial, enable ISSL Billing in Administration → AI Tools.

Portal and feed performance

The Feeds/Portals page has been tuned so recent portal activity no longer performs expensive joins across the whole portal log for every destination. Recent activity is now retrieved from the small set of newest log records first.

Portal diagnostics have also continued to improve, particularly for Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Zoopla. Support-only preview/force-send actions are restricted appropriately.

See Feeds and Portals and Portal Property Feeds and Diagnostics.

Communications Centre

The Communications Centre is the central inbox for portal, website and Customer Portal conversations. Recent improvements include contact/property matching actions, CRM role creation, internal rich email compose, Customer Portal replies in the conversation timeline, usage/adoption reporting and performance tuning.

OnTheMarket telephone lead handling can be configured as Off, Missed calls only or All calls.

Customer Portal

Customer Portal messages are integrated with the Communications Centre rather than treated as a separate silo. Staff can see related portal messages in context and reply through the portal where appropriate.

Sales Progression

Agreed sales have a property-level progression overview with red/amber/green health, next action/due date, automatic next-action suggestions from existing progression markers, blockers, assigned progressor, last-chased date and target exchange/completion dates.

Reports Centre

Reports are organised in the Reports Centre with favourites, recent/popular reports, searching, improved tables, CSV/PDF/print actions and recurring report delivery. Property/report identifiers are GUID-safe and enquiry class is derived correctly from the underlying commercial/business flags.

Support, security and deployment

Secure support access replaces reliance on a trusted-IP shortcut for normal support work. Tools/support functions are restricted when staff are impersonating a customer agency. Cloud proxy handling has also been updated so the application can use the original client address for auditing and security controls.

The top bar shows the Standout version and full Session ID to make support diagnostics easier.

See Support Access and Security and Release and Version Information.
