= AI Data Quality =

'''AI Data Quality''' is a property-level marketing and data-quality report launched from the [[Property Marketing Readiness|Marketing readiness]] panel.

It combines normal deterministic validation with an optional AI review. The factual part remains useful even when AI is not enabled.

== What the factual checks review ==

Checks are selected according to the actual property context rather than applying one residential-sales checklist to everything. Standout distinguishes:

* Residential Sale;
* Residential Rental;
* Commercial Sale;
* Commercial Rental;
* Business records where applicable.

Examples of factual checks include:

* brief and full descriptions;
* bullet points/key features;
* photograph count;
* floorplan availability;
* address/postcode and map location;
* price or rent;
* bedrooms/bathrooms/receptions where relevant;
* property type/style for residential property;
* tenure for sales where relevant;
* furnishing information for residential lettings;
* EPC/certification data where relevant;
* other marketing facts held by Standout.

Irrelevant fields are deliberately excluded. For example, furnishing is not a sales requirement and residential room/council-tax checks are not used to penalise a commercial listing.

== Effective portal description and Floors & Rooms ==

Many agents use '''Descriptions → Floors & Rooms'''. Those room entries can form part of the description ultimately sent to portals.

For that reason, AI Data Quality does not judge the full description in isolation. It builds an '''effective description''' from the main/full description plus the available Floors & Rooms content. Paragraph and room boundaries are preserved so the AI is not shown false formatting errors caused by concatenating text together.

If Brief and Full happen to be the same but Floors & Rooms add substantial information, the review should not automatically treat the live portal copy as duplicated.

== AI review ==

Where AI review is available, Standout can look for:

* contradictions between marketing copy and structured data;
* weak, repetitive or generic copy;
* missing useful selling/rental points;
* questionable photograph coverage/order;
* ambiguous statements that may need clarification;
* opportunities to improve brief/full descriptions or bullet points.

Boolean facts are presented to the AI as '''Yes/No''' rather than raw database values such as 1/0.

The AI is instructed not to invent a contradiction where two phrases can both be true. For example, '''on-street parking''' and '''parking to the front''' are not automatically contradictory unless the other wording explicitly claims driveway/private/allocated/off-street parking.

== Auto Fix ==

Where a suggestion can be applied safely to marketing copy, the report can offer '''Auto Fix'''. Auto Fix is deliberately restricted to copy fields such as:

* brief description;
* full description;
* existing bullet points/key features.

It does '''not''' silently change factual fields such as bedrooms, chain status, tenure, price, status or other structured property facts. Auto Fix updates the form for review; the user still saves the property normally.

Longer reports show live stages rather than a single spinner:

The displayed stage is taken from the server-side report process rather than a decorative timer.

== 30-day free trial ==

If an agency has not enabled AI billing, the first use of AI Data Quality starts a '''30-day AI Data Quality trial'''. The trial is limited to this feature and does not unlock every AI facility in Standout.

During the trial the report can use the AI review, photograph review, suggestions and safe Auto Fix features without enabling ISSL billing.

After the trial:

* factual checks remain available;
* the AI review stops until AI billing is enabled.
